PM-Partners MSP online course introduces you to the methodology and aims to provide you with a straightforward route to becoming MSP certified. Approved and accredited by PeopleCert the course covers 12 modules with associated interactive lessons to enable you to successfully prepare for your Foundation and Practitioner exam.

Purchasing this product provides you with a licence to use MSP online for a period of 12 months* from the date of purchase. During the entirety of this period the product is supported to ensure that the content is consistent with the PeopleCert syllabus.
Accredited MSP certification
PM-Partners uses MSP Passport as the Learning Management System. It aims to provide you with a straightforward (self-paced) route to becoming MSP Foundation and Practitioner certified.

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an invitation to book your online proctored exam directly with PeopleCert. You have 12 months to schedule and sit your exam online. Please check the requirements here when making your booking. Note: when sitting the exam iPads and other mobile devices are not permissible.

PeopleCert provide you with the opportunity to sit your exam knowing that if the outcome is not what you expected, you could have another attempt, at a fraction of the exam price.
PeopleCert administers the MSP examination scheme. PM-Partners is an accredited partner of PeopleCert (Partner ID: 3800).
What you need to study online:
Ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements:
- Windows® 11, Windows® 10 (Windows 10S is not supported), Windows® 8.1, Windows® 8. Note: The ExamShield Microsoft Store version is only available to Windows 10 version 17763 or later.
- Internet Explorer version 10 or greater.
- Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 4GB of RAM (Minimum requirements).
- Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of at least 4Mbps.
- 16-bit monitor (at least 15”) with screen resolution 1024 x 768 or higher.
- Speakers and microphone (the use of headsets is only allowed during onboarding).
- Keyboard and mouse or another pointing device (keyboard set to English characters).
- A single web camera you can rotate (embedded or external – no mobile phone).
