The Project Management Professional (PMP)® is the world's leading project management certification. The PMP® certification, offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, validates that you are skilled in managing projects across three key domains:

PMP® certification
The PMP® certification demonstrates to employers, clients, and colleagues that you possess project management knowledge, experience and skills to bring projects to successful completion.
To earn your PMP® certification you need to meet the experience and education requirements and pass the PMP® examination.
This course provides you with the 35 hours of specific project management training required to be eligible to apply for the PMP® certification.
The PMP® qualification is valid for 3 years. PMP® certification holders must earn 60 Professional Development Units (PDUs) within a 3 year cycle to actively maintain their certification.
PMP® examination
The exam is a 3hr 50 mins computer-based 180 question, multiple-choice exam.
Participants will be able to assess their ability to successfully pass the exam, through regular testing of knowledge throughout the program.
The exam is provided by PMI. Exam fees are paid directly to PMI when you apply for the PMP® certification and so are not included in the cost of the course.
Development Units
CPDs
Participants holding any of the Project Management accreditations (CPPP/CPPM/CPPD) are eligible to earn CPDs as follows: 20 CPDs
Participants should:
- Complete the pre-course reading which provides information on the PMP exam and an overview of key project and agile concepts.
- Be practicing project managers.
- Ideally have completed a project management fundamentals training course or equivalent.
- Ideally have experience with agile practices or completed an agile overview or equivalent.
- Satisfy the PMI eligibility criteria (for PMP® certification) or plan to in the near future.

WHERE IS THE TRAINING VENUE LOCATED?
Sydney courses are held at 45 Clarence Street, Sydney.
Melbourne courses are held at 123 Queen Street, Melbourne.
Brisbane courses are held at 215 Adelaide Street, Brisbane.

IS THIS A CERTIFIED COURSE?
No. This course is a preparation course only. At the conclusion of this course, participants will register through the Project Management Institute (PMI) to undertake the relevant examination at an additional cost.
However, you do receive a Completion Certificate from PM-Partners group stating that you have undertaken 35 contact hours of education. This will provide the prerequisite project management education needed to sit the PMP certification.
Our website offers three payment options for training courses. When you select "BOOK NOW" you will be taken to the checkout. Step two: "Billing Details" is where you can select from the three payment options:
- Credit Card Payments: PM-Partners uses Stripe payment gateway to process Visa, Mastercard, Amex, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry so you can be confident that your card details are protected for online purchases.
- Bank Transfer: We cannot guarantee your registration(s) until your payment is cleared (bank transfers take 3 days to process). Instructions for payment by bank transfer will be provided at the end of the order process.
- Invoice: An invoice will be sent to you after you complete the booking. Payment is required 14 days before the course start date. If you're buying within 14 days, you need to arrange payment ASAP with a minimum of 72 hours before course start date.
